Our Story at Upright Workforce Group is deeply personal. Founder Sasha Asdourian understands firsthand the challenges, instability, and uncertainty that often accompany addiction and recovery. Having struggled with addiction issues for many years, attending her first inpatient recovery center at the age of 12, Sasha experienced the difficult reality that many individuals in recovery face when trying to rebuild their lives and create a better future.

 

It was ultimately through finding faith, pursuing an education, developing personal accountability, and discovering meaningful, rewarding work that real and lasting life change became possible. Those experiences became the foundation for Upright Workforce Group, which was created with the belief that employment can become more than just a paycheck — it can become a pathway toward stability, confidence, dignity, and long-term success.

 

Through structured workforce support, transportation coordination, accountability systems, and purpose-driven leadership, Upright Workforce Group strives to help others discover the same hope, opportunity, and personal growth that transformed Sasha’s own life journey.
